Day 3 Highlights of Our Trip On Day 2 at around 7 p.m. we reached the hotel room in Mussoorie and had a peaceful stay in the hotel at night. Day 3 of our trip included our visit to Kempty Falls which was not my cup of tea. From here we visited the Company Garden where we spent time relaxing amidst nature in the beautiful ambiance. We had some food at the Food Court in the Garden and our 3 destination on Day 3 of the trip was the Tibetan Monastery / Buddhist Temple in Happy Valley. We drove on the ups and downs and twisty turny ghat roads for around 15 to 20 minutes and reached the place in the afternoon. Near the parking slot there is a Central School for the Tibetan children established in 1960 by the Govt of India. On walking up the rocky way we reached the entrance gate built in typical Tibetan architectural style. Day 3 trip of our Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh tour started with our visit to Kempty Falls in Mussoorie . Our next tourist spot was Company Garden. On the way from Kempty Falls to Company Garden we could view the Kempty waterfalls from a long distance which I captured with my mobile cam. . On the way we saw some tourists at a view point who were busy capturing the captivating beauty of nature in their cams. We too halted at this place and took few shots of the spectacular view of mountains and valleys with buildings on the mountain slopes. Day 3 (25 April 2023) - Visit to Company Garden We then made our way to Company Garden which is around 45 minutes drive from Kempty Falls. In almost all the tourist spots we had to walk long distances from the parking spot to the entry point. Well to begin with we had a cozy night sleep in the comforts of our hotel room at Mussoorie. Early in the morning we were awakened by the chirping of birds in the serene atmosphere. On opening the balcony door curtains, I was awed at the freshness of nature in the early hours. I lost myself for some time watching the beauty of nature. The place was too cool and serene with greenery all round. We refreshed ourselves, ordered for the same breakfast i.e., aloo parantha and bread and butter. We then started for our Day 3 trip which is local sight-seeing in Mussorie. We went on short trip to few places in Uttarkhand and Himachal Pradesh in April 2023. On Day 1 of our trip we spent the evening at Har Ki Pauri in Haridwar but were a bit disappointed as we couldn't watch the evening Ganga aarti. We had our night stay at a hotel in Rishikesh. The next day i.e. on 24 April 2023 we visited Triveni Ghat and spent the day on sight-seeing in Rishikesh . After spending the day on sight-seeing at Rishikesh we continued our trip and had an Enchanting Road Trip to Mussoorie. We reached our destination Hotel Mussoorie Gateway at around 7 p.m and were cordially welcomed by the staff. We were very much impressed on seeing the beautiful look of the hotel and peaceful ambiance of the place. We took the room in the upper tier as we can have a captivating valley view from the balcony. Our Day 1 trip to Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh on 23 April 2023 included our flight journey from Hyderabad to Delhi and car drive from Delhi to Haridwar. We spent the evening at Har Ki Pauri in Haridwar and reached Rishikesh at around 10 p.m. On Day 2 we went to Triveni Ghat in the morning and spent the day on sight seeing in Rishikesh and had an enhanting road trip from Rushikesh to Mussoorie. The next stay in our Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh trip planner was Mussoorie which is one of the most beautiful hill stations in Uttarakhand and also in the north.
