It's a dream for many ladies of the upper middle class and elite to drive to KBR park for a morning walk. People these days have become too health conscious and morning walks are the best exercise for such people. The entire area has ups and downs which helps in developing endurance. The walkers literally sweat a lot and shed weight when they have a walk here. There is a walk way encircling the park outside so that walkers can go round the walkway even when the park is not open for public.

Kasu Brahmananda Reddy Park popularly known as KBR Park is located in the heart of the city at the conjunction of Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills. The park is named after Kasu Brahmananda Reddy, ex-Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (before the state bifurcation).

The park was established in 1994 in view of protecting the rich biodiversity of the area. It is spread over an area of 156 hectares in Jubilee Hills. It is well maintained and in fact KBR Park is the Paradise for morning walkers.

Added to morning walkers, on one hand you find many vendors who keep selling health juices / drinks to the health conscious people while on the other hand there are road side green grocers literally sitting in a row on the roadside walk way selling fresh green leafy vegetables and green vegetables. It's like two birds at one shot for the morning walkers. After they finish their walk, they can purchase fresh vegetables at the same place which saves lot of time for them.
